Defines parameters for the clinical support team and leads the data collection process on patients and prospective participants. Compiles statistical and metric data based on clinical activities.\r

• Utilizes clinical trial best practices to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all study subjects in clinical activities.\r\r

  • Applies in-depth knowledge and experience to carry out corrective and preventative actions designed to mitigate risks in trials.\r\r

    • Categorizes data from clinical trials according to stakeholder specifications and generates reports for leadership.\r\r

      • Documents clinical trial findings and examines data accuracy through computer data analysis programs and on-site and remote monitoring.\r\r
        • \r
        • Communicates internally and externally as a site-processes specialist to inform stakeholders, clients, and other relevant parties of clinical trial activities.\r\r

          • Observes and trains patients on trial purpose and outcomes in accordance within all regulatory requirements.\r\r
            • \r
            • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.\r\r
              • \r
              • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.\r\r\r
